These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atelier Hub ("the Service"), a workflow automation platform that integrates with various third-party services, including Google services through OAuth authorization.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
n8n Atelier Hub provides a platform for creating, managing, and executing automated workflows. The Service allows users to connect and integrate with various third-party services, including Google services, through OAuth authorization.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree:
- To comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service, including but not limited to the terms of service of any connected third-party services.
- Not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized commercial communications, including spam
- Violate the privacy rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any third-party services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any computer system or network
- To maintain the security of any credentials, tokens, or authorization grants associated with your use of the Service.
Authorized Use
The Service provides access to third-party services only through explicit authorization granted by you. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All access to third-party services is performed on your behalf and under your authorization
- You are solely responsible for all actions performed by workflows created and executed through the Service
- You must ensure that any workflows you create comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of any connected third-party services
Ownership and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all workflows, configurations, and content that you create using the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service to create, manage, and execute automated workflows.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- n8n Atelier Hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- n8n Atelier Hub is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in the execution of workflows
- n8n Atelier Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
You are solely responsible for the configuration, execution, and results of any workflows created using the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Access to the Service may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Third-Party Services
The Service enables integration with various third-party services through OAuth authorization. n8n Atelier Hub is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data handling practices of any third-party services. Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Modifications to Terms
n8n Atelier Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and n8n Atelier Hub regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
