Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 30, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how n8n Atelier Hub ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and manages personal information when you use our workflow automation service that integrates with Google services through OAuth.
Information We Collect
n8n Atelier Hub does not directly collect or store personal data from users. All access to user data is handled through OAuth 2.0 authorization provided by Google:
- OAuth Tokens: When you authorize n8n Atelier Hub to access your Google services (such as Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Sheets), Google provides access tokens and refresh tokens. These tokens are stored securely within the n8n platform and are used solely to perform authorized actions on your behalf.
- No Additional Data Collection: The service does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information beyond what is explicitly authorized through the OAuth scopes you approve.
How We Use Your Information
The information accessed through authorized OAuth scopes is used exclusively for executing the automated workflows that you explicitly create and activate:
- Access to email services is used only to perform actions defined in your workflows, such as reading specific emails, sending emails, or managing email labels.
- Access to other Google services (such as Google Sheets or Drive) is used only for the specific operations defined in your workflows.
No data is accessed, processed, or stored beyond what is necessary to execute the specific workflows you have configured.
Data Storage and Retention
- Token Storage: OAuth tokens are stored securely within the n8n database and are only used to perform authorized actions.
- No Persistent Data Storage: The service does not maintain persistent copies of email content, documents, or other data accessed through authorized scopes. Data is only accessed temporarily during workflow execution.
- Token Management: Access tokens automatically expire according to Google's policies (typically within one hour), and refresh tokens are used to obtain new access tokens as needed.
User Control and Data Management
You have complete control over the data accessed by n8n Atelier Hub:
- Revocation of Access: You may revoke access to all Google services at any time through
your Google Account settings:
- Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Find "n8n Atelier Hub" in the list of connected applications
- Select the application and click "Remove Access"
- Workflow Management: You have full control over which workflows are active and what actions they perform. Inactive workflows do not access any data.
Data Security
All communication between n8n Atelier Hub and Google services occurs over secure HTTPS connections. OAuth tokens are stored securely within the n8n platform using industry-standard encryption practices.
No Data Sharing
n8n Atelier Hub does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any user data to any third parties, except as required to provide the authorized services through Google's APIs.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
